Refund policy

Shipping

All items, with the exception of made to order items, will ship within one week of purchase.

We offer Economy shipping, which will typically arrive within 5-7 days, or Priority, which will typically arrive within 2-3 days. We typically ship via USPS, however, upon customer request we are happy to accommodate preference for FedEx or UPS.

We offer local pickup to customers in Portland, OR. Our studio is located in NE Portland and we offer flexible pickup hours.

We offer international shipping upon customer request, however, all expenses associated including any duties, taxes, or import fees, are to be covered by the customer. 

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your order, we can accept the return or exchange only of unused, undamaged items. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping or returning the item, and we are unable to refund shipping costs.

In the rare event that your item is damaged upon arrival, please send detailed photographs within 7 days to woof@baddogsstudio.com. We can offer a replacement or store credit with proof of damage.
